Private Parties and Events

Celebrate your special event at our new Art Factory Studios location in Aptos!

 

Project options:

Needle felting, painting, collage, drawing or ceramics.

* For Ceramics Parties: hand built projects will be dried and fired and glazed (one color) per the notes of the student who created it. You will be called when they are glaze fired for pick up one person must pick up all sculptures from the party and deliver. Please see Cost section for Ceramics Party pricing.

Time: Parties are 90 minutes long. 

Occasions include: Birthdays, Book Clubs, Social Groups, etc.

Cost: $300 for up to 10 participants; $25 each additional participant*. Cost includes private studio time for your event and materials for each participant. Ask us about our options to extend your studio/celebration time.

*Ceramics Parties pricing: $400 for up to 10 participants.

Food: Outside food and drink is permitted in the front room only. No food or drink is to be served in the studio work room. Please do not bring candy or staining beverages. Food is for participants only. *We are currently not hosting simultaneous adult gatherings at the same time as youth parties.

We've partnered with Showtime Pizza (our next door neighbor) to provide a special discounted rate on pizza for your group. Before or after your party at the Art Factory, take everyone to Showtime for some delicious pizza!

Decorations: You may decorate the outdoor easel/chalkboard with a sign and balloons, etc. Weighted balloons may be brought inside the food zone/front room. Tabletop decorations are also welcome. Please bring an 8' rectangular tablecloth.

NO tape or tacks on walls. No exceptions.

*The studio chalkboard will serve as a giant card to be signed by your guests. This always makes for a great photo op!

Set up/breakdown:

You may arrive 15 minutes early and pack out 15 minutes after the party ends for food, decorations and cleanup. These times are firm. We are not staffed for early drop offs and late pick ups.

Ages range: 8 years old to adults. Please inquire about options for younger children.

*Please read and forward our Health and Safety Policy to all of your guests. The wellness of our staff and student community is our highest priority, so please do not bring ill participants to your event.

Deposit: A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $100 is required to secure your date and time.
Virtual Parties: Creative online Zoom events with the Art Factory Studios staff are a ton of fun, super interactive and tailored to the content you want! Great for birthday parties, book clubs, distanced family hang-outs, team building and more.
